Tree Service Arborist / Crew Leader
Compensation: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
This is an onsite leadership position working directly in the field on tree removal job sites. Daily use of aerial lifts is a requirement for this position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of proper and safe removal methods for trees of all sizes and in all locations
- Ensure all equipment and tools needed to complete each removal project are at jobsites and not left at jobsites
- Supervise and lead 2-3 other staff members on your crew in all phases tree removal
- Train other staff members in all phases of tree removal
- A desire to take great care of our client’s properties which includes but is not limited to structures, landscape and lawn areas
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed
- Ensure job tracking is done by performing check-in/out to each project utilizing our company system
- A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Operate and train other staff members how to operate trucks, trailers, chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, aerial lifts, etc.
Tree Service Groundsman
Compensation: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
This position requires you to use equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, trucks and trailers. If you enjoy working outside and working at a different location each day, this is an ideal position for you! Experience is preferred, but not required to apply for this position. Often, after gaining experience in this position, there are opportunities for promotion to crew leader positions.

- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, etc.
